Sorry for the late reply, Windows 10 crashed my computer. I just got back up and running. I tried opening your file but Natron crashes when I do. Can you post a screenshot of your node setup? Looking forward to seeing what you did.
I experimented last night with using the PIK and PIKColor nodes and I love the detail they give me around my actress' hair.
Also, in the latest Snapshot, merging is now defaulting to the B pipe instead of A which I'm accustomed to. Can I change that back? And what is the SoP in Natron for masking? In Nuke, I take my footage, add a merge with A connected. I run the roto into the mask input of the merge, leaving B unhooked. I get an output of my roto'd footage with alpha that can be color corrected or whatever and then merged into the shot when I want. This doesn't work here, so I'm wondering what I need to do different.
I'm also struggling with knowing when footage has an alpha enabled. In Nuke (I'm sorry, that's what I'm used to), nodes have some color bars indicating what channels they have. IE, a plate may start with just RGB but hook up a transform node and it suddenly gets a white box for the Alpha showing you now have that to work with.
Sorry for all the questions, just trying to understand the software better for the course
