When I add two videos (one is background and other one is green screen) and key them, it is ok. But when I scale the green screen video via transform node, background video looks black. Why? Are there any alpha options in Natron. Thank you.

I show another technique here, where you use the mask input of the merge. In this video, you could substitute your keying for the black and white matte I make. Just set your keyer to output the matte then run it into the mask of a merge.
